'La Fuente', an immersive flamenco show by Cía Karime Amaya

You have only one chance to see the show at Espai Dansat! on Saturday 24 November.

Karime Amaya, the director and bailaora of the flamenco show La Fuente by the company named after her, will go on stage at Espai Dansat! at Sant Andreu Teatre on Saturday 24 November at 8.30 p.m. As we can read in the synopsis, her performance “La Fuente” is an "immersive project about the need to grow and expand" directed by Juan Carlos Lérida. Amaya will be accompanied on stage by Antonio Rey (guitar), Tati Amaya (guitar), Mara Rey (voice), Ismael de la Rosa (voice), Juañares (voice) and Paco de Mode (percussion).

The Amaya name is well-known in flamenco circles and Karime belongs to the same family as the iconic dancer Carmen Amaya who died in Begur in 1963. Karime was born In Mexico in 1985 and debuted with her parents’ company at the age of nine.

Following the 75-minute performance, the spectators will be able to enjoy a talk with the company. Additional information and tickets are available at the following link.
